Return Policy

While we hope that every piece purchased with us is perfect, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for a full STORE CREDIT if returned within 15 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. If you mail back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.  

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Due to hygiene reasons, no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Size exchanges will be accommodated accordingly to available stock.

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Please email info@shopdelsol.com for a return authorization. After receiving code via email, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@shopdelsol.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
