- How long does it take for orders to ship?
- All orders ship within 3-5 days of the order being placed.
- What is your refund policy? How long does it take to process a return?
- We issue store credit only. Please read our Return Policy page for additional requirements. Once return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process and issue store credit via email.
- My size is sold out! What should I do?
- Email us at info@shopdelsol.com! We will put you on the wait list and notify you if/when next time the item is available.
- What do I do if I received a damaged item?
- Please send pictures of the damages within 1-3 days of receiving merchandise to info@shopdelsol.com and our web team will be happy to assist!
- How do I track my package?
- The moment your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add info@shopdelsol.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
- What size should I order?
- We have listed a general sizing guide under our Size Chart page. Please take note all pieces vary in fit, and therefore we provide guidance in specific item descriptions to better serve you.
